Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit requirement: 50% upon villa booking confirmation.
Balance due date: on the day of check-in.
For standard rates (Flexible Rate):
- Cancellation 14 days or more in advance: free of charge / 100% deposit refund.
- Cancellation 7–14 days prior to check-in: 50% deposit refund.
- Late cancellation (less than 7 days) or no-show: no deposit refund.
For promotional / Flash sale (Non-refundable) rates: no cancellations, modifications, or refunds allowed under any circumstances.
