The villa sits on the calm riverside lanes just outside the old town, away from the busiest tourist streets. In the evening the whole group can walk into town for the lanterns, then come home to a quiet house with a pool looking over the river.

What the villa offers

• 7 bedrooms, 8 beds and 6 ensuite bathrooms, with a proper desk and chair in every room.
• A pool and BBQ area overlooking the Thu Bon River, with space for 8–16 people.
• A living room with a projector and big screen, a mini gym & yoga corner, a pool table and a board-game room.
• A fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for large groups and a laundry area with washer-dryer.
• Private parking. Cafés, restaurants and spas within 300m.

Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Quiet hours run from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbours.

Where the villa sits in Hoi An

Hoi An is small, so nowhere is far from the rest — but each area gives your trip a different rhythm:

• Riverside, just outside the old town (where the villa is): quiet lanes, walking distance to the centre and big houses with room for everyone. Best for families and groups staying 3+ nights.
• Inside the Ancient Town: lively, but mostly small hotels — hard to keep a big group together, and parking is limited.
• An Bang and Cua Dai beaches: great for beach lovers, but you take a Grab or taxi into town in the evening.

Good to know: the beach is a short drive away, not on the doorstep. Riverside areas can be affected when the river rises in the rainy season (roughly October to December).
