In short: We only collect what we need to take your booking, receive payment and check you in. We never sell your information. You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
1. Who is responsible for your information
anamoivilla.com is operated by Ho kinh doanh Anamoi Villa (Anamoi Villa household business), Vietnam. For anything about your personal data, email [email protected] or call / WhatsApp / Zalo +84 96 201 5689.
2. What we collect
- When you send a booking request: your name, email, phone / WhatsApp / Zalo number, the villa, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, any notes and the payment method you choose.
- When you pay: for VietQR bank transfers, we receive the amount, transfer reference and time from the bank. Card payments are processed by the 9Pay payment gateway; we never receive or store your card number.
- When you complete online check-in: your name, ID type (national ID or passport) and ID number, which Vietnamese law requires us to use for guest registration with the local authorities. Our web system currently stores only the details you type in; ID photos (if you choose to upload them) are not stored on our web server.
- When you use our partner, travel-agent or sign-up forms: your name, email, phone, company name and your message.
- When you browse the site: Google Analytics and Cloudflare record technical data such as pages viewed, device, browser, country and IP address, using cookies or similar technology.
3. How we use it
- To check availability, confirm your booking and email you payment instructions and confirmations.
- To reconcile payments, deposits and deposit refunds.
- To check you in, send your door code and register your stay as required by law.
- To keep in touch before, during and after your stay.
- To understand site traffic so we can improve the site, and to block spam and fraud.
We do not send you marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run Anamoi:
- Cloudflare: website and booking database hosting, security and spam protection.
- Resend: sending booking confirmation and check-in emails.
- Telegram: alerting the Anamoi operations team to new bookings (internal team only).
- Vietcombank and SePay: automatic bank-transfer reconciliation.
- 9Pay: international card payments.
- Google Analytics: visitor statistics.
- Vietnamese authorities: where the law requires it, such as guest registration.
Some of these services store data on servers outside Vietnam.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and longer where the law requires it (for example accounting and tax records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law, you can:
- Know what information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Withdraw your consent, and object to the use of your information for marketing.
Email your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it.
7. Keeping it safe
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Our admin area requires a login and is limited to the Anamoi operations team. No method of transmission is completely secure; if an incident affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
8. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this does not affect booking.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
