Who is behind Anamoi Villa

Anamoi Villa was founded by Ngo Thu Thuy. International guests know her as Jenny, and it is the name that comes up most often in guest reviews. Jenny is not just the name on the brand: she picks each house, shapes its concept and stays close to the day-to-day hosting.

Anamoi started in Hanoi, with houses in West Lake and the Old Quarter, for groups of travelers who wanted to stay together under one roof instead of splitting across hotel rooms. It has since grown to Hoi An, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Phu Yen, run the same way.

Anamoi Villa today

• 12 whole-house villas, each sleeping 3 to 20 guests. Every booking is the entire house, never shared with strangers.
• 5 destinations: West Lake and the Old Quarter (Hanoi), Hoi An, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Phu Yen.
• Most guests are international travelers: multi-generation families, groups of friends and company teams.

How we work

• A reply within 1 hour to every booking request, by email, WhatsApp or Zalo, in English or Vietnamese.
• Prices and policies in the open. Each villa page shows its rates, and the deposit and cancellation policy is set out on the booking page.
• One point of contact. Some villas are leased and run by Anamoi; others belong to owners who partner with Anamoi to run them. Whichever house you stay in, you book, pay and talk to the same Anamoi team.
• Honest about the trade-offs. Our villa and area pages say what might not suit you, such as stairs in multi-storey houses or the drive into the city centre.
